Where are we located?
We are located in Cold Lake, Alberta out of a residential home. Due to the location situation, any contact can be done by meeting in external locations, zoom, phone, & email.
What are your hours?
We try to have our hours set to 9am-5pm, but working around the families schedule, it may vary.
What are the turn around times?
Times vary for different products, quantity and order times. It can also change depending on the season.
Do you offer rush orders?
Depending on the order type. Fees may apply.
Do you have items in stock?
Currently we do not stock in any items, but we have a list of great suppliers we can, for the most part, get from within 1-2 days for any rush orders.
Do you decorate client supplied items?
Currently we do not.
What type of files do we need from clients for decorating?
Embroidery: .DST and .FES are files that our embroidery machines use to stitch your logo. If you do not have your logo in this file type, you can submit a .JPEG or .PNG of your logo and we can have it converted to an embroidery ready file. Digitizing fees for this conversion will apply. Apparel Decoration: Vecotr Files (.EPS, .PDF, .SVG, .AI, .CDR) or vectored art (.PDF, .EPS, .AI, .CDR, .SVG, .PNG) required with a 300 or more dpi. Please note that these file types sometimes act as containers that hold non-vectored information. If you are submitting a vectored art file please be sure it actually contains vectored information. Printed Orders: Signs, Banners, Business Cards, Promotional Items etc, all other orders generally require vectored artwork (EPS, .PDF, .SVG, .AI, .CDR). We may also need the PMS Color numbers for specific logos as well.
What is our minimum order quantity?
They will vary per item.
Do you offer discounts?
In short, there are some, but it all comes down to if we're offered them.
Can I get one apparel item printed?
At this time, we do not mind. But we try to not to because at the end of the day, they are just not profitable.
Do you offer logo design?
Yes.
